[webUI] Task Time in Executors is Total Uptime in 3.3.0?!

Hi,

Glad to be back. It's been a while!

Just noticed that Task Time (GC Time) in Executors tab is exactly the Total
Uptime from the Jobs tab (see the screenshots attached).

Executors:

Is this how it's supposed to be? That's not what I'd expect. I expected a
sum of all tasks' execution time instead. A bug?
