[Axis2] Possible redundant class WSDL20ToAllAxisServicesBuilder

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Hi,

Does anyone know what WSDL20ToAllAxisServicesBuilder is doing? When I
checked it, its only usage is for testing. If we do not need it, can I
just remove it? It confused me a bit, when I was searching for something
else.

Thanks,
Eran Chinthaka

the wsdl 1.1 counter part of this file WSDL11ToAllAxisServicesBuilder is
used in Multi service
codegeneration. So better to keep that file since we need it to give that
feature to WSDL 2.0 as well.
