Cover the many-to-ones of a composite identifier in the binder spec

They reach ManyToOneValuesBinder through CompositeIdBinder, and Hibernate
resolves them like any other many-to-one, so an identifier part whose
entity cannot be proxied logged HHH000510 too, as the issue's
UserRole#{id} warnings show. The spec now checks the bound fetch mode and
the fetch style Hibernate resolves for both parts of a composite
identifier.
