   We now have https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.pekko/pekko-serialization-jackson3 (2.0.0-M1) while pekko-serialization-jackson is still using Jackson 2.
   
   Same deal with pekko-http-jackson3 but we do not yet have a 2.0.0-M1 for Pekko HTTP.
