Fix For: JCR Resource 2.1.0
After switching to using OSGi Event Admin to update the mappings after updates to any vanity path configuration (SLING-1463), the mappings are not updated when the properties are removed.
This is caused by the JCR events for the removed properties not being properly forwarded. This is fixed in SLING-2277.
Now the MapEntries EventHandler has to be fixed to make use of the new functionality.

Updates in Rev. 1239649 and 1239916 to use a proper Event Filter plus further checks in case of resource removals.
