---------------------------------------------------------------

I'm aiming to have this completed in 3.0.0

Phase 1: Convert script tags with type=os/* to OSML in GadgetHtmlParser.
Code Review: http://codereview.appspot.com/2200046/

This change depends on this Caja's DomParser to preserves xmlns attributes in the parsed dom.
See: http://codereview.appspot.com/2183044/ and http://code.google.com/p/google-caja/issues/detail?id=1115

> * NekoSimplified should be deprecated in favor of CajaHtmlParser
> - the current version of Caja is a side branch that does not have support for xmlnamespaces
> - once NekoSimplified has been deprecated, Caja trunk should be used.
