[jira] [Updated] (SOLR-15495) Mark UTILIZENODE deprecated in 8.x docs

Cassandra Targett updated SOLR-15495:
-------------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: 8.10
       Resolution: Fixed
           Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)

I didn't use the patch but added a short message to the UTILIZENODE command to say it was going away. Thank you for it, though.

I also went through the autoscaling pages and updated the deprecation message for them to be more clear about what is going to be replaced (it still read as though the whole thing would be replaced, which isn't true).

There might be other places where stuff is going to go away, but let's deal with those as we find them (and it may turn out that some users will be surprised in 9.0 - but that's the price of not removing things carefully IMO).

> SOLR-14656 removed the autoscaling framework from the main branch and deprecated it in the 8.x line.
> The UTILIZENODE command should be marked as deprecated in the reference guide: https://solr.apache.org/guide/8_9/cluster-node-management.html#utilizenode
