If you look into our documentation on the LOOKUP function it says;
searchtable must be sorted, with numbers in ascending order ...

Your searchtable is not sorted. There are other calc functions that you might
use as VLOOKUP etc. 

I recommend that you use our Community Support Forum to ask your question. You
