Stabilizing Ambari-2.2.2 release

Hello,

With the need to stabilize quickly and put out an exceptional Ambari-2.2.2 release, I would kindly like to request that from now on only BLOCKER JIRAs be committed to 'branch-2.2'. Also, please bring up any such blocker JIRAs by emailing the Dev mailing list (dev@ambari.apache.org).


By reducing the number of changes going in, we hope to stabilize for Ambari-2.2.2 quickly.?
