I downloaded the file 'Xerces-J-bin.2.0.1.zip' and unzipped it.
The HTML documentation cannot be viewed properly because the GIFs and JPEGs in 
the sub-directories 'docs/resources' and 'docs/graphics' are missing.
The sub-directory images is also empty.
