Implementations of the [HystrixDynamicProperties|https://netflix.github.io/Hystrix/javadoc/com/netflix/hystrix/strategy/properties/HystrixDynamicProperties.html] SPI are loaded by the ServiceLocator JRE facility.

For Aries SPI To wire things properly, the SPI-Consumer header must be set. I suggest setting it to '*' for future SPIs.
