The test vaildates corrects types of state handles created by savepoint. For NATIVE savepoints, it expects IncrementalRemoteKeyedStateHandle and KeyGroupsStateHandle.

However, with changelog those will be wrapped into ChangelogStateBackendHandle and the test fails.

It can be refactored to account for changelog.

Another issue is that it does NOT fail on master where checkpointing.changelog=random in pom.xml which should call
{code:java}
randomize(conf, ENABLE_STATE_CHANGE_LOG, true, false);{code}
 
If I leave only a single "true" option to randomize(), it does fail. If confirmed, I'll open a new ticket for that. cc: [~arvid]
