This is a bug with DB view template_view creation script, so each template has duplicate entries in template_view which is used for listTemplate. This issue has been fixed with commit (64176297482e055da2155c174d7bddef0cd670ce and 0314a997183bc2fc0a00d61215cdf9139305a40d) on 4.2 branch or (05f46807355c902058b5651b1601e8c07373be29 and 9a3067fb87ee8bc1de66a02632e352e5e46e07ce) on master.
