HBase had a staging repository deployed on repository.apache.org. It it now missing, presumed deleted. I don't see a staging profile for org.apache.hbase either now. 

I am trying to upload the previously staged artifacts again and am getting a 401. I can log in to repository.apache.org though.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.7:deploy (default-deploy) on project hbase: Failed to deploy artifacts: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.hbase:hbase:pom:0.98.6-hadoop1 from/to apache.releases.https (https://repository.apache.org/service/local/staging/deploy/maven2): Access denied to: https://repository.apache.org/service/local/staging/deploy/maven2/org/apache/hbase/hbase/0.98.6-hadoop1/hbase-0.98.6-hadoop1.pom, ReasonPhrase: Forbidden. -> [Help 1]

Any ideas? This is blocking a release.
