i am not sure why people submit comment #4. it is totally irrelivent.
Actually I found the reason it failed is the program is trying to send email to
a wrong email server. of course, it will fail and time out. The error message is
past bellow.
ERROR 04 Feb 14:51:56 [TP-Processor651] bk2002.web.help.action.ContactAction -
Sending failed;
nested exception is:
class javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host:
192.168.20.1, port: 25;
nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
any reason why it changed server? meanwhile, the dns server is still pinting to
a correct server.
