Detailed explanation of "INTERSECT_PUSH_GRBY_RATIO"

Hi,
       I found a CQD "INTERSECT_PUSH_GRBY_RATIO" for TPC-DS
       If I guess correctly, this CQD mainly controls the grouping of INTERSECT clause. Could you please help me explain this CQD?

I searched the Trafodion code base and I do not find this CQD. Perhaps this CQD exists only in some derived product?
