JIRA for native IAuthorizer and IAuthenticator ?

I am very interested in the native IAuthorizer and IAuthenticator
implementation. However, I can't find a JIRA entry to follow in the 1.2.1
[1] or 1.2.2 [2] issues page.

does anybody know about it ?

thanks !
