   ## Unified plugin configuration
   
   The plugin needs a copy of the plugin configuration information on both the front-end and back-end for unified management. Info.yaml is used as the only configuration file for the plugin.
   
   ##  Add Action
   * Add a synchronous info action
   * Add action to check asf header
