"Top Navigation Tab" to "Left Navigation Link". HELP!

Hi All,
 
In "decorator-top.vm" file #includeTabsNavigation($site.siblingPages $LEFT_TO_RIGHT) is used to display "Top Navigation Tabs". Is there any way to display these tabs as "Left Navigation Link".
