Jenkins now on 1.413

Hi

I've now successfully upgraded Jenkins to 1.413. This is the version
which is supposed to fix the ClassCastException we've seen pretty
frequently. If you see it again, please get back here so that we can
report it to the Jenkins devs.

For now,the slaves will continue to restart themselves when idle, seem
to help with the general stability of the slaves.
