Problem:	mod_proxy.c has compile time error
OS:		Sinix 5.41, which is a straight AT&T SVR4 derivate
Apache Version: 1.1b3
Extra Modules:	mod_proxy.c

Symtoms:	When linking httpd the function inet_aton(..) is not
		found in any library. This function is used in mod_proxy.c
		one time in function canon_netloc(...).
		It is not declared in any include file, but inet_ntoa is.
		I looked at Linux 1.99.14 -> Function in library
		I looked at SunOS 4.1	  -> Function not in includes
		I looked at Stevens(1)	  -> Function not documented
		Even with Linux there is no manpage for inet_aton()
		(1) W.R. Stevens, 'Unix Network Programming',
		    Prentice Hall, ISBN 0-13-949876-1
		Apache 1.1b2 didn't usr inet_aton.

Suggestion:	Please provide the function's source with apache. I think
		it ist _not_ a common library function, at least with
		some older Unixes.

Workaround:	Just comment out the function call, it does not do much.
