Tested this on a self-signed cert: https://www.pcwebshop.co.uk (200 when trustAllHosts is true, FileTransferError when trustAllHosts is false).
Tested on a trusted cert: https://google.com (200 when trustAllHosts is true or false).

There are no trustAllHosts tests in cordova-mobile-spec currently.
