Your patch is in the trunk at r1050385  

r104453 was the clue, but I did not find it that way. 

Beware, you had an old licence header in themes/bizznesstime/webapp/bizznesstime/css/docbook.css

In this commit I have also reverted r1044062+1044053 (was: Deactivates temporarily the online help. It's currently not working and slowing down too much the demo server)
As we know actually it was not the real reason (UtilIO.java was)
