If you see an exception, it is likely that you are NOT running Xalan 2.5. 
Please read this FAQ (http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/faq.html#faq-N100CB) if you 
have JDK 1.4. Or you can use EnvironmentCheck (http://xml.apache.org/xalan-
j/faq.html#environmentcheck) to find out which version of Xalan is being used.
