## Description
I ran into a failure in this job https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/runs/5531557396?check_suite_focus=true where a test was rerun because of a failure, passed on the 2nd running, but then ultimately was marked as failing due to the tear-down routine check_leak_ndarray().
Exerpts from the log:
