Because a non-existent CSS extension function is used, the rowspan and colspan attributes in tables are not honoured when displaying Forrest tables in XXE.
The function used:
eval(1,...,n)
The correct function:
concatenate(1,...,n)
A simple patch that corrects the problem is attached.
