[PR] Fix subscription WAL replay stalls [iotdb]
Caideyipi opened a new pull request, #18969:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iotdb/pull/18969
## What problem does this PR solve?\n\nCommitted subscription progress can get stuck scanning historical WAL metadata when non-search separator entries appear during fast-forward. ACK processing can also hold an in-flight event map bucket while scanning WAL metadata for retention, delaying event recycling on the shared prefetch path.\n\n## What is the solution?\n\n- Ignore the complete non-search progress sentinel while fast-forwarding WAL entries, while continuing to treat incomplete metadata as non-skippable.\n- Reuse a previously covered WAL prefix when committed progress advances, including the current live WAL boundary.\n- Perform ACK-triggered WAL retention refresh after releasing the in-flight event map compute lock.\n- Add regression tests for separator fast-forward, retention-bound reuse and recycling during a blocked ACK retention scan.\n\n## Verification\n\nNot run, per request. The previously attempted targeted Maven tests were blocked by stale generated sources and de
pendency caches before the tests executed. Formatting and diff checks had passed earlier.
