Missing board report

Dear Johnzon podling,

I'm writing as your most recent board report (March 2016) was not filed.
What is especially troubling about this is that a member of your PPMC
raised a vote thread today about your graduation. A missing report is a
good indication that you're not ready to graduate. These timely reports
are needed by the IPMC (and therefore the board) to measure a projects
vitality. Lack of a report indicates a lack of PMC availability to the
project.

Can you plan to have your board report together for next month (you've now
been placed on monthly, so that'll be April)?

Thanks,

John

Hi John

Sure!

Side question: was there any "johnzon" reminder or just the global
reminder? Missed any specific reminder if any was sent.

Ok John, thanks. Guess we all assumed a reminder would arrive. Will try to
setup the mailbox to filter in a more efficient manner general@.

I'm responding to my own post since I'm not subscribed to your dev list but
saw the responses in the archives.

No, I don't see a reminder in your mail archives. Marvin is a faulty
system, it seems to rarely send reminders out. I'd recommend to have a
back up in case. I'd also recommend paying attention to any emails on
general@incubator that refer to Johnzon.
