   Thanks @heesung-sohn for this and for starting the discussion on reusable integration-test code. Since then the build has moved from Maven to Gradle (PIP-463), so this change would have to be redone from scratch, and the related PIP-390 (#23565) was closed without being adopted. Today `:tests:integration` exposes a `testJar` that is used inside the repo, but it isn't published. If there's still interest in consuming these classes downstream, a fresh Gradle-based proposal (e.g. a published test-fixtures artifact) would be welcome. I'm closing this as part of the open-PR backlog triage (https://lists.apache.org/thread/cgy7w0qgnq8s7j0ykyzgrn3hj4nb67wf). Please reopen if you'd like to pick it up again.
