[CLI] Broken link for downloading source

The download link for the source distribution of commons-cli 1.0 at
   http://jakarta.apache.org/site/sourceindex.cgi
doesn't work.

The link says ".../commons-cli-1.0-src.zip" but the file is called 
".../cli-1.0-src.zip" on the server.

methods to operate on Wrappers

Hi All,

Do you think it's a good idea to add some methds to operate on wrapper classes (Integer, Long, etc), adding operations like add, subtract, etc... (Obviously returning a new instance) treating null when appropriate.

Tell me what you think, please.
