CREATE SCHEMA schema name AUTHORIZATION username for derby

i have run ij 
CREATE SCHEMA SchemaMember AUTHORIZATION leong;
after this i get error message
ERROR 42X01: Syntax error: Encountered "AUTHORIZATION" at line 5, column 28.

whats is this means ?
pls help
