[ANN] M2 Clover plugin v2.0 released

The Clover plugin for Maven2 v2.0 has been released.

Current features:

* Generate Clover reports (clover:clover)
* Ability to fail the build if the test coverage percentage is below a
threshold (clover:check)
* Display contents of a clove database (clover:log)
* Supports multimodule builds

Future features planned:
* Expose the clover:instrument goal which is currently private. This will
allow several projects to generate test coverage data which can then be
aggregated later on as a single report
* Allow generating a report from an existing clover database
