[jira] Created: (PIVOT-557) Pivot javadoc artifacts for Maven

Pivot javadoc artifacts for Maven
---------------------------------

                 Key: PIVOT-557
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-557
             Project: Pivot
          Issue Type: New Feature
            Reporter: Sandro Martini
            Assignee: Sandro Martini
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.0

Generate also javadoc jars in a maven-compatible way.
Then update deploy scripts etc to publish them to our internal repository (synchronized with main maven repository).

Verify also if remove the javadoc single tree of files generated during Pivot builds:
if generated only during install target or when you run the doc target explicitly is Ok, otherwise not (and in that case disable it).
But in any case, keep it callable explicitly.

----------------------------------

Sure - we haven't formally started the release process for 2.0 yet, so it would be great to get it in.

Hi,
I'm near to resolve this issue, but am I still in time for the 2.0 release (I'd prefer yes) ?

Bye
