[jira] [Created] (CB-1124) "create" script (and possibly others)
provided in bin directory do not escape arguments
lucas created CB-1124:
-------------------------
Summary: "create" script (and possibly others) provided in bin directory do not escape arguments
Key: CB-1124
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1124
Project: Apache Cordova
Issue Type: Bug
Components: iOS
Affects Versions: 2.0.0
Environment: OSX Lion
Reporter: lucas
Assignee: Shazron Abdullah
The script has multiple points of failure if there are spaces anywhere in either the path to the extracted {{bin}} dir, or the path to the target. It seems that there is insufficient argument escaping when passing the derived variables, like {{$R}}, on to other scripts and programs.

Provide a bug fix for users wanting to fix this, but I believe the future (2.1? not sure) we are going with cordova-client (https://github.com/imhotep/cordova-client) and these scripts will be obsolete.
