There are a number of engineering issues related to the PR#90 related to issues QUICKSTEP-28 and QUICKSTEP-29, which we list here. 

1. Duplication of code and comments in FastHashTable.
2. Renaming the FastHashTable to something like AggregationHashTable. 
3. Rewriting parts of the code in AggregationHandle and the derived classes. e.g. blockUpdate() and allowUpdate() methods.
