[BUG] HostnameLookups-in-VirtualHost

Hi,

a fresh compiled 1.3b3-dev gives me

  HostnameLookups cannot occur within <Directory/Location/Files> section

when I try to start it.

Although the docs state that it is only valid in server config or
<VirtualHost> I bet that this has worked before!?
