Agree.
Those auxiliary files are generated automatically. Once we change one line in Makefile.am, all those files will be changed, which results in a large amount of changes in git diff.
By removing them from git, we can avoid the problem.
The installation documentation should be updated to include different building options,
1. building from release packages.
2. building from master branch
