bsf error

Has anyone else seen this error before & possibly know a solution ?

-when running my java client program, I am connecting to a deployed service
and
get this error:
SOAP-ENV:Server / Unable to load BSF: script services unsupported with BSF

-I've installed the bsf.jar & bsfengines.jar on the classpath, but I still
get this.
-I have Tomcat 3.1 installed with IIS 5.0 using the isapi_redirect.dll.
