ehtml, ihtml causing problems to Whole site PDF


    What can I do to avoid some files when generating the whole site PDF.
    I see that ihtml, and ehtml files cause problems to to the pdf file.
    For example.

	Resource not found.: org.apache.excalibur.source.SourceNotFoundException: 
	file:/export/jpdoc/build/webapp/content/xdocs/samples/ehtml-sample.xml doesn't exist.
