   @wesm, on a [previous thread](https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/7032#issuecomment-623587071) you mentioned that you did not think a CCLA was required to contribute from a corporate perspective.  As this is my first PR for Arrow, please may I check:
   
   * Is an ICLA required by the Arrow project to be signed by me before my contributions can be accepted?
   * Is a CCLA required by the Arrow project to be signed by my employer for contributions essentially done on company time?  My prior assumption was that FOSS projects might choose to require this for indemnification from possible corporate legal action etc. but if you don't need that then no problem.
