Properties file for POJO

Hi all,

I have a jar file with Plain old java objects and I want the main class in this Jar file to access a properties file. Firstly, the jar file HAS to be placed in the common folder, and in that, in the LIB folder - i.e. : C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\common\lib\ .

There are no servlets involved in this jar file. What web.xml file do I modify and what do I have to add to it, such that my Jar file can access the properties file? And what do I include in the web.xml file, because it is not a servlet, so am not sure of the mapping etc...

Cheers,

Clive
