Instructions for Shindig & Eclipse...

Just a quick FYI...

Inside of IBM we get asked on how to get Shindig up and running by a 
number of teams that want to look into the code to understand what's going 
on etc...

Andy Smith on our team put together this doc for Shindig & Eclipse. We 
wanted to get it out there so others could chime in if this is what they 
are doing or if there's some other steps/process that's more effective.
