[GSoC] Applications to RocketMQ

Hi there!

This is Yuchen Li. I am a sophomore undergraduate,  majoring in computer science and technology. I am very interested in contributing to RocketMQ as part of GSoC'19.
So, could you please guide me what I should do to get started in RocketMQ Community.

I would deeply appreciate it if you could give me some recommendations and suggestions!
