Snapshot builds are not deployed
Hi All,
It looks like snapshot builds are not deployed to the snapshot repo.
For example, in
https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/hive/hive-jdbc/2.2.0-SNAPSHOT/
the last update was on October 13.
I am looking for a fix for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-14837
which was committed on Oct 24 it seems. I cannot build locally either:

That seems extraordinarily risky. So all I know is that the code complies,
that gives me zero confidence.

Yes Gary. The jenkins job just builds the project without running any test.

Great, I see 'em too.
Now, are these builds deployed even when unit tests fail or only on clean
builds? I am asking because I cannot build on Windows. See
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-15111
I do not want to use a SNAPSHOT build unless I have soon good and fuzzy
feeling that the build passes some kind of tests.

I disabled the job thinking it was an old job. I took a look at the
configuration, but it does not publish anything, so I thought this was not
used at all.
I just enabled again, and trigger a build. Please let me know if this fixes
the problem, so I can add a comment to the job for future reference.
