Webpos js not binding to clicks

Links like 'payCashConfirm' are not working because jquery is not binding
to it.

I tried changing the method jQuery('#amountCash').keypress in PayCash.js
to jQuery('#amountCash').bind("keypress", ..) and then it starts working.

Was it a bug?
