[jira] Created: (AMQ-2374) Make NoSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy the default

Make NoSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy the default
---------------------------------------------

                 Key: AMQ-2374
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/AMQ-2374
             Project: ActiveMQ
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Broker
    Affects Versions: 5.2.0, 5.1.0, 5.0.0
            Reporter: Rob Davies
            Assignee: Rob Davies
             Fix For: 5.3.0

By default, Topics use a FixedSizeSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy - which adds 64kb to every Topic. This prevents scaling Topics to large numbers using the default configuration
