I'd like to be sure that my open source projects (on github, sourceforge, etc) are prepped and ready for incubation if/when that time comes for these projects.

What should I put in place to prepare for donation/incubation?

Is section 5 ("Submission of Contributions") in the ALv2 enough to cover mixed copyright scenarios?

I'd like to avoid hunting down every past contributor to get their "sign off" if/when the time for donation/incubation comes.
