SSHD 1.1.1 and fixes

Hello,

There were a number of good fixes that I worked around for my application
now to have it working for a heavy production use. I'm looking forward for
the 1.1.1 release to replace my workarounds with properly fixed things.
Namely, I mean the following issues

By the time I updated to 1.1.0. This did not let me to revert my
workarounds, but I get a bit closer to the cutting edge. Looking forward to
1.1.1 release
