Access of properties

Hi Sliders 

I have a question.

On the webdav server side is it possible to access the properties of an
uri
for instance

get some property of slide/files/set1/set2 which is a collection.
May be it is not possible. Is it possible on the server side to create
NodeRevisionDescriptor
for an uri like  slide/files/set1/set2
