Thread safety in xindice


Hello all 

I want to know whether XML document updation in xindice using XUpdateQueryService is thread safe or not ?

If xindice server receives "n" requests to update a XML document, then what will happen? Will the requests be processed in an atomic fashion one after another?

Any help about this will be extremely appreciated ?
